Basin Street Properties Strikes Again
picked up Basin Street Properties’ –the Wells Fargo building at 200 S. Virginia St. Their first commerical buy was the Bank of America building at West Liberty and Virginia Street. In fact, they changed the name to 50 West Liberty Building.
As notes, Basin Street Properties is known for “snatching up entire districts and turning them into success stories.” Check out their that includes residential, commercial, and retail spaces–a classic example of mixed-use development. We can only hope that Basin Street has some big plans for Reno –they certainly have their eye on us.
DMD–I didn’t know Reno has financial district? Let’s call it FiDi.
