Update On Blogger Faced With Disney Lawsuit
David Neiwert interviewed the blogger of Spocko’s Brain about his run in with the right-wing radio talk show hosts of Bay Area KFSO. Spocko has replicated his blog on a new site and is waiting to see if Disney does actually sue.
Neiwert also has a couple of posts up about how Melanie Morgan and crew are handling the controversy–in typical hateful and hypocritical style.
Spocko is fighting the good fight for all bloggers–facing up to a multinational corporation in an effort to protect our rights under the “fair use” clause. Please keep on eye on his blog and help him if you can.
