Caughlin Ranch Craizness - The HOA debate will go on forever probably, just like the ‘gated community’ debate, whether it’s good for society. I think the answer to HOA’s is it works for some, and doesnt work for others. It also depends on the HOA itself….I have heard both stories from heaven and stories from hell regarding HOA’s, I personally have never owned a home in an HOA neighborhood, nor would I want to. Any issues I had with houses in my neighborhood were easily solved with City Code enforcement.
