Guy Posts Condo Prices Downtown
Guy over at Diane’s Real Estate Blog posted the numbers for downtown condo prices. The bottom line? The prices are decreasing as prices fall throughout the home market. I am not exactly sure what all the numbers mean, but a lot of people anticipate them, so go check them out!
