Arterra, Amendment 21, and Pale Horse
I’ve been meaning to do this ever since I received an email from the Arterra project–I know its a shock–but the Arterra high-rise condominium project as designed is n more. They are hanging onto the land for future use. I mentioned the new “Amendment bar” to some friends the other day and they looked at me like I was crazy. But now I remember where I heard about it–DMD at Downtown Makeover of course (except its called Amendment 21 and they’re hiring) My only question is “When does it open? I also noticed that the old purple yoga joint at the corner of Court and whatever that street is has a City of Reno notice posted on it about a vote for a future nightclub to be called Pale Horse.
Time for the R&D Constitutional Quiz:
Why would a bar name itself after the 21st Amendment? Come on, its not that hard.

Obviously because the 21st repealed the 18th. A bar named Amendment 18 would just be silly.
