Gibbons Says No to Funding Education Shortfall. What a Surprise.

It takes Gibbons all of half a day to say no to using a $40 million boon found by State Treasurer Kate Marshall’s office to help fund the education shortfall.  Nice.  At least Debbie Smith and her caucus tried.  How many times can you try to lead a horse to water?  I think we will find out by the end of Gibbons’ term.
