My Radio Chat about Sarah Palin
None of you heard it, but I was on the radio in Palm Springs (THE HOT TALK IS ON…. NEWSTALK 920, KPSI-AM) talking about the ceaseless prattling of Sarah Palin with the gracious Stan Layne. I really enjoyed my 7 minutes and was well prepared to talk about (not) my gal Sarah Palin. I don’t know about you, but if Palin would stop talking long enough, I might actually think it’s a shame that some McCain staffers (ex-Romney’s no doubt) are doing their best to anonymously bury her in a deep hole even though they are the same staffers who encouraged John McCain to pick her as his running mate. You get who you win with I guess.
The smart money Republicans–oh wait, I forgot they are only calling themselves conservatives now–are running away from Palin faster than the speed of light. The dumb money Republicans think Palin is the salvation of the party–even AFTER the election. But what’s really driving me nuts is her relentless lack of self-awareness. For instance, during her 40 minute interview with Greta Van Sustern on Fox News, she complained about being smeared as a book banner. Okay, I could see that under normal circumstances, but this is the same person who accused Obama of “palling around with terrorists” more than once. Innocent victim Palin is not.
What I do object to is the gendered criticisms McCain staffers used to go after her. She’s a diva. She’s emotional. She’s a selfish, clothing obsessed woman. Palin is right about “those jerks.” Unfortunately for her, she’s one of them.

For God’s Sake let them nominate her in 2012! Are you kidding me?
I really don’t get “it” about this thingy from Alaskistan…. The Treasury has been looted under a total scam to pay off Wall Street and K Street, we’re at war in two countries, we’re in a financial crisis where no one will use the “D” word, the Psycho is making all kinds of last minute changes to damage the environment and all that is being discussed is this thingy from up north.
I really don’t get it at all….
