Call Senator Ensign and Demand Accountability on S.482!
I don’t care what party you belong, the best way to clean up Washington D.C. and keep our lawmakers honest is to have easy access to their campaign finances. And the more accessible that information is, the better. That’s where Senate bill S.482 comes in. It’s a no brainer really. S.482 requires senators to file their campaign finance reports electronically–something the House and the President already do. Why would any senator oppose it? Perhaps it’s because when citizens can get this information easily, it changes the power dynamic–just a little bit of power shifts our way. Or perhaps it’s because we all know that when citizens have more information about how senators operate, the citizens have more power to change it? Whatever the reason–it’s no good.
According to the Sunlight Foundation, 33 senators have co-sponsored S.482 and many of these senators agreed to co-sponsor because of their constituents have asked them to by making calls and sending emails and tweets. However, the bill needs 60 co-sponsors to make it filibuster-proof.

During his Europe trip, the rock star president felt he had time to take off his shoes and visit a muslim mosque and visit the grave site of mohammeds grandson, but refused to visit the AMERICAN grave memorial at Normandy after the president of France made all the arrangements..the rock star president made that decision saying he (the rock star socialist) didn’t want to offend the Germans….Remember what country you are the president of Mr. rock star…you are willing to offend the heros of Normandy but not the germans..the only Germans you would offend are the pro hittler Germans.. Mr rock star wishes he was a quarter of a man the Normandy heros are. Obama needs to watch the first 20 minutes of the movie Saving Private Ryan. watch it closely mr rock star and learn what real heros, real men and real Americans are all about.
And what does this have to do with S.482?
nothing, i thought i would let you know since you havn’t wrote many articles……maybe because your rock star has been stepping on his “you know what” ofton…..And how about him greeting and being buddy buddy with hugo chavez…..i would like to know why the gay communtiy hasnt brought this up knowing how obamas new buddy treats gays in his country….

Diplomacy is hard to recognize after Bush, but the US president has a history of meeting with leaders who are actively working for our failure—Russia? China? Ring any bells?
