Health Care Reform: No Carrots for Nevada Democrats

There is not one Nevada Democratic legislator on this list created by ActBlue so there will be no carrots ($$) for Dina Titus or Shelley Berkley. Berkley and Titus are not progressive members of Congress “…with the guts to stand up to Big Insurance, Big Pharma and to the pressure from their own party bosses.” They are not standing “…with the American people and ordinary working families when push came to shove and both political parties decided propping up a disastrous health care system and a corrupt Insurance Industry was more important than keeping the promise made over and over to working families.”

But there is still time for Titus and Berkley to pledge support for health care reform that contains a public option. There is still time for them to do the right thing for Americans. And if they do, I will be more than happy to give them some carrots.
